The process uses tools, techniques and exercises simplistic in its design yet effective during application.

To deliver a quality life coaching service to people who are passionate about growth, personal development and curious about life. This will be achieved in an ethical, professional way in a supportive and compassionate environment providing honest feedback with the intent of growth and enlightenment through which the individual will experience self-awareness and personal transformation.

The Process

A discovery session will be beneficial to see if Life Coaching is the right option and if the coach and individual is a match for each other. The New Insights Life Coaching system consists of 15 sessions which generally progresses over a few months. Each session builds on the next, setting a solid foundation to have an enlightening experience. The tools, techniques and exercises have been carefully selected by the New insights Life Coaching team to have hands on experience in the sessions with a little work for post session.

The Meeting of Minds

Life coaching will be conducted face to face or using technology such as zoom, skype or whatsapp video, which ever option brings about the best result for the context at hand. The Expectations: Walking alongside each other to ensure the expected results are achieved with care and compassion. Full commitment is anticipated and the sessions are kept light hearted to ensure a comfortable experience.
